Description
West Virginia University is soliciting bids from qualified, experienced, and licensed contractors to provide all materials, installation, tools, equipment, and labor required to modify and relocate the fourth-floor air handler unit to the third-floor STEPS Lab at the Health Sciences Center. The work includes the associated construction, mechanical, electrical, controls, ductwork, piping, testing, adjusting, balancing, and system startup required by the project specifications. The bid must be submitted directly through the WVU Public Bid Site as a single PDF, with required documentation uploaded under Supplier Attachments. The solicitation identifies a bid bond, Bid Form and Pricing Information, Contractor Safety Evaluation Pre-Qualification Questionnaire, Purchasing Affidavit, and Drug-Free Affidavit as required bid-time documentation. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit is scheduled, questions must be submitted through the solicitation Q&A Board, and substantial completion is required by November 30, 2026, with final completion by December 31, 2026.
