Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons is soliciting a firm-fixed-price quote for Fiscal Year 2027 solid waste removal services at Federal Prison Camp Morgantown. The scope includes providing one 20-cubic-yard open-top construction roll-off dumpster, monthly rental, scheduled and additional pulls, landfill disposal, and twice-weekly pulls and disposal from the institution-owned approximately 38-cubic-yard compactor. The contractor must provide refuse-collection vehicles and sufficient equipment, remove and legally dispose of solid and wet waste and construction-demolition material, maintain and clean the rented container, respond to additional-pull requests within 24 hours, keep collection areas clean, and provide weight and destination slips with monthly invoices. The estimated maximum quantities are 12 months of dumpster rental, 12 dumpster pulls, 24 tons of rented-container disposal, 104 institution-owned-compactor pulls, and 104 tons of compactor disposal. Contractor employees may be subject to specified security investigations, fingerprinting, background checks, and urinalysis before entering the institution.
