Description
The City of Bridgeport is soliciting sealed bids for water control grouting at Deegan Lake Dam. The work is a one-time construction project involving water-control grouting, and bidders must examine the project specifications and site conditions. Each proposal must include either a certified check or bid bond payable to the City of Bridgeport in an amount equal to five percent of the total proposal, a West Virginia license certificate, signed addendum confirmations, and a pre-qualification eligibility certificate. The successful bidder must furnish a performance surety bond within seven days after contract award. The solicitation also provides for a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting and site reconnaissance.
