Description
The National Energy Technology Laboratory intends to negotiate a sole-source purchase order with S&P Global Energy for a one-year subscription, from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, covering Regional Integrated/North America and Clean Energy Technology services. The subscription provides analysis and data concerning market fundamentals, policies, changing customer demands, and technology, cost, and pricing trends affecting global renewable-energy development. The notice is not a request for quotes or proposals; interested parties that believe they can satisfy the requirement must submit written capability information for consideration in determining whether a competitive procurement will be conducted.
