Description
The U.S. Department of Agriculture Forest Service is requesting a quotation for one secondary tillage disk under a total small-business set-aside. The equipment must provide both primary and secondary tillage capability and meet detailed specifications, including 7-inch blade spacing; specified front and rear gang blade counts and cutting widths; 24-inch low-concavity blades; hydraulic leveling and reel lift systems; conditioner reels; heavy-duty bearings, scrapers, frame, hitch, axles, wheels, tires, lighting, safety equipment, and a spare tire with mounting bracket. The estimated transport weight is 9,400 pounds and the reel working/transport width is 13 feet 10 inches. The anticipated award is a firm-fixed-price purchase order for one unit, evaluated using lowest-price technically acceptable criteria. Quotations must include pricing for all items, a detailed technical plan addressing the requirements and any exceptions, and a price quote. Delivery is required within 90 days after award, on an FOB-destination basis.
