Description
The City of Mankato is soliciting bids for biosolids hauling and application services associated with its water resource recovery facility. The work includes loading, hauling, and transporting biosolids to designated land-application sites; applying approximately 7,800 wet tons to approved agricultural fields; incorporating the biosolids into approximately 500 acres in accordance with permit requirements; mobilization and demolition; and agricultural-field cleanup. Bids must be submitted electronically through QuestCDN. A bidder’s bond of at least 5% of the bid amount is required, accompanied by a certified copy of the power of attorney. Contractors must meet Minnesota’s responsible-contractor requirements.
