Description
The Taylor County Commission is soliciting bids for the Slaton Hollow Waterline Extension Project, including approximately 7,000 linear feet of 6-inch and 2-inch water line, fire hydrants, water meter setters, related appurtenances, and surface repairs. The work must be substantially completed within 120 calendar days and fully completed within 150 days after contract commencement; liquidated damages of $1,000 per day apply for delays. A 5% bid bond or certified check based on the base bid is required. Bidders must possess a West Virginia Contractor's License and provide a Drug Free Workplace Certification. Bidding documents are available in printed or digital formats for purchase from the issuing office.
