Description
The USDA Forest Service is seeking one Ag-Bag T7060 pull-type forage bagger, manufactured by RCI Engineering LLC (Ag-Bag), or an acceptable equivalent as specified in the solicitation. The acquisition is a total small-business set-aside, and small-business resellers may submit quotations. The contractor must provide manufacturer traceability, a manufacturer’s Certificate of Conformance or equivalent documentation, and its own Certificate of Conformance in accordance with FAR 52.246-15. The quotation must include pricing for all solicitation line items, including the equipment and delivery. Delivery is required by December 31, 2026, to the specified Mississippi State, Mississippi, location, with advance coordination 24 hours before delivery. The government will evaluate quotations using lowest-price technically acceptable criteria, considering price, technical acceptability, delivery, and acceptable or neutral past performance.
