Description
The U.S. Department of Energy's National Energy Technology Laboratory is seeking an Agilent G3540A gas chromatograph with a flame ionization detector, or an equal product meeting the attached specifications. This is a total small-business set-aside, and only small-business concerns will be considered. The requirement is identified as IRA-funded and uses NAICS 334516. Quoters must submit pricing for all listed items or services, use the attached SF 1449, and provide representations and certifications either with the quotation or through an up-to-date SAM.gov profile. Equal products must be supported by comprehensive descriptive literature, technical data sheets, and/or performance metrics demonstrating compliance with all specifications, including features, technical capabilities, and warranty data. Award is anticipated to one small-business offeror whose technically acceptable quotation has the lowest firm-fixed price.
