Description
This solicitation is for Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) technical services required for the replacement of Video Management Servers (VMS1 and VMS2) and the upgrade to the new Ocularis system on EPF-8. The upgrade will bring the system to the version currently installed on EPF-13. The work includes replacing VMS1 & 2, RMS, 7 client laptops, Wireless PBX, and all necessary software. The servers will be imaged based on the configuration currently installed on the USNS Apalachicola. The contractor will also update any VMS and JRSS auxiliary software within one year of expiration and install new licenses for all existing cameras, configuring them for backward compatibility. A comprehensive test and inspection of the JSCE and JRSS systems will be performed to ensure proper functioning of new hardware and software. Additionally, obsolete equipment for the Wireless PBX and Wireless LAN Controller on T-EPF-8 will be replaced using Government Furnished Equipment (GFE). Upon completion, on-site crew training will be provided on the JRSS/JSCE and JWICS systems, focusing on new system operational procedures and view setup. A Condition Found Report (CFR) listing any discrepancies will be submitted, followed by a final comprehensive report to the MSC Representatives.
