Description
The Department of the Navy is soliciting proposals for the mid-term availability of the USNS CODY (T-EPF 14). This service is expected to be performed at the contractor's facility, specifically on the U.S. East/Gulf Coast, with an anticipated period of performance from February 1, 2027, to April 17, 2027. Access to technical data and the work item package requires the completion and return of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to the point of contact. The solicitation will be available on or about July 3, 2026, through the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation Module. This opportunity is being solicited as a total small business set-aside, with an expectation of receiving proposals from at least two small businesses.
