The Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority (NRHA) is soliciting proposals for Relocation Management Services. These services are required to support the relocation of residents as part of the Sykes Midrise RAD/Section 18 Redevelopment project. The goal is to ensure a smooth and efficient relocation process for all affected residents. Interested parties must submit all questions through the NRHA Bonfire Interactive Portal by July 2, 2026, at 4:00 P.M. EST. No questions will be accepted after this deadline. The opportunity closes on July 10, 2026.
