Description
This solicitation is for the procurement of Ladish Sea Valves to support the USNS Medgar Evers (T-AKE 13). This is an exclusive licensing agreement with one responsible source, Ladish Valve Inc., the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), who owns the property rights to the valve drawings. The valves are only available directly from Ladish Valve Inc. or their authorized distributors. The required delivery date for these valves is January 12, 2027. The valves are designated as critical ship equipment, the failure of which poses a hazard to the ship, crew, or environment.
