Description
The Societe quebecoise des infrastructures is soliciting technical cleaning services for an office building. The contract term is 60 months, with services expected to begin on or around April 1, 2027. A site visit is mandatory for bid eligibility; bidders must arrange an appointment and submit visitor details and a signed security-consent form at least three business days before the visit. A bid guarantee of 3% of the bid amount is required. For paper submissions, several guarantee forms are accepted; electronic submissions require a surety bond or irrevocable letter of guarantee.
