Description
The California Highway Patrol seeks a contractor to provide janitorial services twice weekly at the Tecate Platform Scale. The scope includes cleaning offices, briefing and locker rooms, employee areas, restrooms, and related spaces, with tasks such as floor care, waste removal, dusting, window cleaning, restroom cleaning, and occasional cleaning of equipment, lights, parking areas, steps, and sidewalks. The contractor must furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, and supplies, including paper products and cleaning agents. Bidders must meet a mandatory 5% Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise participation requirement and attend the required site walk-through. The award is intended for the responsive and responsible bidder offering the lowest evaluated cost. The anticipated agreement term is 12 months, with one optional one-year extension.
