Description
The City seeks multiple contractors to provide on-call janitorial services at a range of municipal facilities, including administrative offices, court and police facilities, fire stations, and other sites. Services include cleaning and sanitizing offices, restrooms, showers, common areas, floors, furniture, fixtures, and interior and exterior entrances; scheduled cleaning at frequencies that vary by facility; and additional or emergency call-out services. Contractors must provide qualified supervisory and cleaning staff, commercial-grade equipment and supplies, HEPA vacuums, and certified Green Seal chemicals. The scope also includes consumable management, quality inspections, reporting, and compliance with facility access and background-screening requirements. Proposals must include a cover letter, a proposal of no more than 25 pages, the completed Solicitation Qualifications Document (Exhibit 1), Appendix A Price Sheet on company letterhead, and signed addenda if applicable. The proposal must address the technical and management approach, company background, project schedule, past performance, key personnel resumes, and pricing. The anticipated contract structure is a base year plus four option years, with performance beginning upon notice to proceed.
