Description
The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services seeks a contractor to provide weekday janitorial services for a 5,942-square-foot office. Work includes routine cleaning of offices, common areas, kitchens, restrooms, floors, and surfaces, as well as scheduled carpet shampooing, floor stripping and waxing, glass cleaning, and blind cleaning. The contractor must provide cleaning equipment and consumable supplies, including paper products and hand soap, and use EPA-registered disinfectants meeting the stated requirements. The initial contract term is one year, with up to two additional one-year renewal options. A mandatory site visit is required to submit a responsive bid. Bids are submitted electronically through the electronic Vendor Portal, and the solicitation lists the required response items and pricing attachment.
