Description
Boulder County seeks a consultant to design, administer, and implement a heat pump adoption program for multifamily homes governed by HOAs, including townhomes, condominiums, and attached homes. The work includes resident and HOA outreach, application and approval workflows, guidance materials, customer support, assistance with HOA architectural review and rebate submissions, and coordination with installers and County staff. The program is expected to serve 2–4 HOA communities in 2027.
