Description
Boulder County Public Health seeks consulting support for its public health funding strategy. Work includes identifying and assessing federal, state, local, and private grant opportunities; drafting, editing, and preparing competitive applications; collaborating with program managers; reviewing applications for compliance and completeness; and coordinating proposal timelines and submissions. The consultant will also develop reusable templates and tools, maintain a grant opportunity and outcome tracker, and provide work plans, monthly progress reports, and a final engagement report. The anticipated initial term is six months, with an option to extend by mutual written amendment, and a maximum initial-term budget of $50,000. The expected level of effort is up to 55 hours per month as needed. The consultant must work on-site one day per week, with the remainder performed remotely; additional in-person attendance may be required. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field, at least two to three years of grant-writing and proposal-development experience, and a demonstrated record of contributing to successful grant awards.
