Description
St. Vrain Valley School District RE-1J seeks one or more qualified contractors to provide as-needed parking lot sweeping services at District properties. The contractor must provide labor, supervision, equipment, vehicles, fuel, materials, and off-site disposal. Work includes mechanical sweeping of parking lots, drive aisles, entrances, exits, and bus loading areas; manual cleaning of areas inaccessible to equipment; and, where specified, emptying exterior trash receptacles. Swept debris must be collected and disposed of off-site, with care taken to keep debris out of landscaped areas and storm drains. Services may be scheduled annually or seasonally, including before graduation ceremonies, and may include on-call or emergency work. The response must address company qualifications and experience, assigned staff qualifications and background-check status, three relevant references, warranty information, and pricing using the provided price sheet. The contract has an initial one-year term and four one-year renewal options. Performance and payment bonds, each at 100% of the contract price, are required after award if the contract total exceeds $50,000.
