Description
Boulder County Public Health seeks an integrated electronic health record solution to support clinical and administrative workflows, immunization clinics, case management, referrals, reporting, and Medicaid and other insurance billing. Required capabilities include a client portal with English and Spanish support, appointment scheduling and reminders, electronic forms and signatures, secure messaging, patient records and care plans, vaccine and medication alerts, inventory management, payment processing, dashboards, and configurable reporting. The system must support bidirectional real-time integration with the Colorado Immunization Information System, Outlook, and the County’s identity management platform, as well as offline use, data migration, data export, and strong privacy and cybersecurity controls. The selected vendor will provide design, development, testing, training, implementation, and support, with phased rollout across public health teams and a detailed project schedule. Pricing must include implementation and first-year support, pricing for 50 licensed users, four years of post-implementation support and maintenance, elevated-tier support, and post-implementation configuration changes. The proposal must include a detailed project schedule and all-inclusive pricing, three references from public agencies currently using the proposed product, and a redlined contract if changes are requested. A sample certificate of insurance is also requested; a certificate of good standing is optional.
