Description
The City of Mountain View is soliciting bids for a Blanket Purchase Order covering recurring power washing at two parking garages and as-needed pressure washing at other downtown locations. The scope includes labor, supervision, equipment, materials, traffic and pedestrian control, surface protection, cleanup, wastewater containment and recovery, hauling, and lawful off-site disposal. Lot 1 covers scheduled cleaning at the 133 Bryant Street and 850 California Street parking garages, including garage interiors and specified stairwells. Lot 2 covers as-needed downtown pressure washing at awarded hourly rates. The initial term runs from purchase-order issuance through June 30, 2027, with up to four additional one-year renewal periods; no minimum quantity or dollar amount of work is guaranteed. Bidders must provide at least five years of comparable experience and three references for comparable public-agency or commercial projects.
