Description
The University of Central Arkansas is soliciting bids for pressure washing services across campus. The contractor must furnish all labor, supervision, transportation, equipment, water unless otherwise approved, cleaning products, and incidental materials needed to clean horizontal and vertical surfaces, including sidewalks, building facades, entrance signs, windows, porch ceilings, and columns. Work includes removing dirt, gum, oil, marking paint when possible, and other unwanted matter; protecting landscaping and pedestrian areas; rinsing affected windows, doors, and walls; documenting work with before-and-after photographs; and complying with applicable health and safety requirements. Routine services must generally be provided within two to three weeks of contact, with urgent requests completed within seven to ten days. The contract has a one-year term with renewal options in one-year increments for a maximum total term of seven years. Bidders must provide clear pricing and billing information and maintain the specified commercial general liability, automobile liability, and workers’ compensation insurance.
