Description
The New York State Office for People With Developmental Disabilities is soliciting bids for pressure washing and roof gutter system cleaning and maintenance at community sites in Albany, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Warren, and Washington Counties. The work is divided into seven clusters, each evaluated separately; bidders may bid on one or multiple clusters, and multiple contracts may be awarded. All sites within an awarded cluster must be serviced by the applicable contractor. Pressure washing is required once annually between June 1 and September 30, while gutter cleaning and maintenance is required twice annually, between May 1 and June 30 and between October 1 and November 30. The scope includes labor, materials, equipment, debris removal, gutter and downspout cleaning, minor component replacement and repairs, service reports, and job tickets. Prevailing wages apply, and certified payroll must accompany invoices. Subcontracting requires written agency permission, and bidders must submit the original cost proposal form, references when requested, and the New York State Vendor Responsibility Questionnaire. The contract is anticipated to run from July 1, 2027, through June 30, 2032.
