Description
The Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a commercial firm-fixed-price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to GEI Consultants Inc. for specialized laboratory analysis, field sampling support, and technical data reporting. The work includes processing and analyzing per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), 6PPD-quinone (6PPDq), trace metals, and mercury analytes. The requirement covers a base year and two option years. This is a notice of intent to sole source rather than a request for competitive quotes; interested firms may submit capability statements, comments, questions, or concerns demonstrating that they can meet the requirement without compromising quality, accuracy, or reliability. Respondents must be registered in the System for Award Management.
