Description
The Department of the Navy, through Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific, intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis for 34 lanthanum bromide (LaBr) crystal assemblies: 23x23 S 70/1 Enhanced LaBr, Part Number 2-4-8132, Revision F. The notice identifies Luxium Solutions, LLC as the intended sole-source supplier. The requirement is classified under NAICS 334519, Other Measuring and Controlling Device Manufacturing, with a stated business size standard of 600 employees. Although the Government intends to negotiate solely with Luxium Solutions, all responsible sources may submit information for consideration in determining whether a competitive procurement is appropriate.
