Description
The City of San Diego is seeking a comprehensive real estate management software solution to administer approximately 850 leases and other agreements covering City-owned and leased properties, including facilities, airports, parcels, buildings, easements, acquisitions, dispositions, contacts, documents, key dates, billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, reporting, and property-related jobs. The solution must support lease administration, property management, financial tracking, forecasting, dashboards, configurable workflows, audit logs, electronic signatures, mobile access, GIS mapping, document management, and tenant payment functionality. The scope includes implementation, project management, requirements analysis, configuration and customization, data migration from the existing REportfolio system, testing, training, documentation, go-live support, and ongoing maintenance. Required integrations include SAP financial modules or an equivalent standalone billing system, the City's document management and Open Data systems, ArcGIS, EOS, and RevQ. Proposers must complete the provided software requirements, technical alignment questionnaire, real estate asset referral requirements, and pricing schedule, and provide an executive summary, technical response, project plans, resumes for key personnel, past-performance information, and required City forms. The contract is for five years with five additional one-year renewal options.
