Description
The Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific is soliciting Phase 1 Solution Briefs for UNACORN, an automated cross-domain semantic intelligence fusion capability using GraphRAG technology. The opportunity is issued under Commercial Solutions Opening N66001-26-S-C002 and Call Notice 26-A001. Vendors may submit either a text-based solution brief of no more than five pages using 12-point font and one-inch margins, or a slide deck of no more than 15 briefing slides. Submissions must be emailed by the stated deadline in accordance with the detailed call notice instructions.
