Description
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) intends to award a sole source contract for the repair of 11 analyzer assemblies, NSN 6665-01-2673392, part number 674901-103. The government does not own the data or rights to data needed for competitive procurement, and reverse engineering is deemed uneconomical. Delivery is required to DLA Distribution North Island Site, NAS North Island, CA. Interested parties may submit capability statements or proposals within 45 days of publication, but the government will consider responses solely to determine whether to compete the requirement. The solicitation includes numerous clauses regarding inspection, packaging, quality assurance, and security. This is a total small business set-aside.
