Description
This Sources Sought notice supports market research for a potential follow-on multiple-award, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity, firm-fixed-price contract. The anticipated requirement would provide labor, equipment, materials, services, and facilities for cleaning shell-and-tube heat exchangers, condensers, and coolers aboard U.S. Navy ships and other Government vessels using high-pressure water jetting, mechanical cleaning, and/or acid cleaning methods. Interested companies must submit a signed letter of interest on company letterhead, limited to five pages, describing their company and relevant capabilities and answering five questions concerning business size and socioeconomic status, website availability, recent past performance, experience aboard Navy ships and other vessels, and anticipated proposal participation. Responses are for market research only and will not constitute offers or result in a binding contract. A future RFP is anticipated, but this notice is not a request for proposals.
