Description
The State of Idaho Division of Public Works is soliciting sealed bids for Phase I of the PTC Restroom Upgrades project at the Department of Administration's PTC Building. The project will remodel 10 restrooms—five men's and five women's—from the basement through the fourth floor. The work includes upgrades to finishes, fixtures, lighting, HVAC, plumbing, flooring, wall tile, and partitions. The estimated project cost is $710,000. A 5% bid bond based on the total bid amount, including add alternates, is required, and bidders must hold a State of Idaho Public Works Contractor's License.
