Description
Boise State University is seeking an experienced development advisory representative to evaluate a transformative mixed-use project on university property near Albertsons Stadium in Boise. The preliminary scope includes reviewing existing site and market information; assessing site viability, zoning, demand, dependencies, and revenue expectations; modeling Good, Better, and Best development and financial scenarios; evaluating non-real-estate revenue opportunities such as sponsorships, naming rights, philanthropy, and private partnerships; and recommending public-private partnership delivery and ownership options. If the project proceeds, the representative may support procurement of a development team, evaluate development proposals and qualifications, review financial models and risk-sharing structures, advise on phasing and construction coordination, support agreements such as memorandums of understanding and letters of intent, and provide implementation and negotiation guidance. Architectural, engineering, and structural design services are excluded. The initial contract term is one year, with annual extensions by mutual written consent.
