Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is conducting market research to identify qualified sources capable of supplying red blood cell reagents for the Boise VA Medical Center. The reagents must meet strict quality-control and compliance standards for patient testing and will support transfusion services used by emergency, surgery, oncology, and medical units. The vendor must be capable of supplying quality-control check cells and antibody-identification panel cells. Interested companies must submit company and business information, including business size and applicable socioeconomic designations, along with a capability statement of no more than three pages describing their resources, personnel, and relevant experience. This is a presolicitation market-research notice, not a request for quotations or proposals, and the government is not accepting unsolicited quotes.
