Description
The Idaho Division of Public Works is soliciting a contractor for Phase 1 restroom upgrades at the PTC Building. The project covers 10 restrooms—five men's and five women's—from the basement through the fourth floor. Work includes upgrading finishes, fixtures, lighting, HVAC, plumbing, flooring, wall tile, and partitions; addressing inaccessible plumbing and failing drains; and disposing of removed materials. An add alternate includes demolition of existing shower assemblies and installation of one-piece shower modules, cement backer board, wall tile, waterproofing, plumbing components, shower doors, controls, hooks, curtain rods, and curtains. The estimated project cost is $710,000.00. Solicitation files require registration with the planroom for digital access.
