Sex Offender Registry Certification

Attachment 2 requires a provider of goods or services to West Ada School District to sign and return a certification confirming that the company will prohibit employees who are registered or required to register under the Idaho Sex Offender Registration Act from participating in District business when their duties would require them to be present on school property. By signing, the provider also confirms that it has cross-checked applicable employees against the Idaho Sex Offender Registry and the National Sex Offender Registry. If awarded the project, the provider must supply the District with identifying information for employees and subcontractor employees assigned to District property and provide updated lists when personnel assignments change.
