Description
This Sources Sought/RFI concerns commercially available software and system support services for the Operational Loads Monitoring System (OLMS), a web-based application used to ingest, process, analyze, and report aircraft operational loads data from aerial firefighting missions. The solution must support large volumes of aircraft data, convert flight data into engineering units, provide durability and digital signal analysis capabilities, enable reporting, and support structural-health and service-life assessments. The anticipated requirement includes software licensing; operations, maintenance, security updates, user assistance, account administration, customization, database and data-flow support, hosting in either a government environment or a FedRAMP-certified provider environment, multi-factor authentication, transition support, help-desk services, training, and Section 508 compliance. The RFI requests company information, relevant commercial or SaaS capabilities, feedback on the draft performance work statement, and comments regarding technical requirements and level of effort. It is for market research only and does not request pricing or constitute a commitment to issue a future solicitation.
