Description
The Kentucky Board of Dentistry is seeking a provider for a comprehensive well-being assistance program serving licensees affected by stress, grief, depression, substance abuse, illness, or other debilitating mental or physical conditions. Required services include immediate confidential access to licensed clinicians for emotional and psychological support; at least three scheduled wellness counseling sessions annually, available in person or electronically; referrals to community or insurance-covered long-term care; and consultation and referral services for childcare, elder care, adoption, estate planning, debt management, medical advocacy, and other significant life events. Offerors must demonstrate at least 10 years of experience providing Employee Assistance Programs, Member Assistance Programs, or similar well-being programs to large professional groups. The solution must support online resources, applications, 24-hour hotlines, and other technology-based services, and must use professionally licensed clinicians and counselors. Proposals require separate technical and cost submissions, with technical evaluation based on experience, service capabilities, and clinician qualifications; cost proposals are evaluated separately. The initial contract term is anticipated to run from October 1, 2026, through June 30, 2028, with an option for one additional two-year renewal period.
