Description
The Transit Authority of River City is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide a complete, turnkey video surveillance camera system across three campuses. The work includes removing and replacing end-of-life legacy IP-based surveillance systems at two campuses and installing a new system at a third campus. The project is intended to deter theft and vandalism, reduce liability, and improve safety and security for staff, customers, facilities, and fleet assets. The agency intends to award a fixed-price contract with a five-year base term and an additional five-year option, for a potential total term of 10 years. Supporting materials include camera coverage diagrams, data network cabling standards, existing camera locations, proposed contract terms, and a W-9 form.
