Description
The Town of Rolesville is requesting qualifications from architectural and engineering firms to design Farm Park Phase 2 at 11624 Louisburg Road, Wake Forest, North Carolina. The project includes four soccer fields, parking, an access loop road, a covered picnic shelter, restrooms, concessions, playground and picnic areas, pavilion, food-truck area, pedestrian connections, site furnishings, signage, landscaping, lighting, and associated infrastructure. The scope includes grading and drainage analysis, stormwater management, erosion and sedimentation control, electrical and communications systems, private well and septic systems, utility coordination, ADA-accessible design, permits, cost estimates, construction-ready drawings and specifications, and bid documents. The selected firm may also provide bidding services and construction administration for future phases. Qualifications must address relevant experience, project approach, proposed personnel and subconsultants, resumes, availability, billing rates, organizational structure, and at least four local-government references, including specified types of client experience. Proposals are limited to 25 sheets printed on both sides, or 25 single-sided pages, and require three hard copies plus one electronic PDF copy on a USB drive.
