Description
The Cape Light Compact is seeking a qualified Lead Vendor to implement and manage its residential turnkey services program for single-family (1-4 units) and multifamily (5+ units) homes. The program includes comprehensive home energy assessments, installation of energy efficiency and decarbonization measures (such as insulation, air sealing, and cold-climate heat pumps), turnkey project management for barrier mitigation and heat pump installations, quality assurance, data reporting, and marketing support. The vendor will manage subcontractors, schedule assessments, and ensure compliance with Mass Save standards. The contract term is three years with options to renew up to ten years.
