Description
The United States Air Force is conducting a Request for Information for a turnkey Secure Video Teleconference and audio/visual solution for five currently unequipped conference rooms. The anticipated capability includes procurement, delivery, installation, configuration, testing, training, documentation, and ongoing maintenance support. The solution must support Microsoft Teams and standard Microsoft productivity tools, secure multi-enclave operations across authorized classification networks, switching of room peripherals without system reboots or security-boundary compromise, non-destructive equipment mounting, classification and microphone mute indicators, acoustic containment or masking, an intuitive interface for non-technical users, and documentation supporting accreditation, cybersecurity assessments, and connection approvals. Respondents must submit a Microsoft Word-compatible white paper addressing the requested architecture, security safeguards, mounting, audio, user experience, service levels, and training approach.
