Description
The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity, Healthcare Contracting Division Northeast, intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract on a sole-source basis for quarterly scheduled preventive maintenance and repair services for the Ameriwater sterile process water system and its components. Services must follow the manufacturer's recommended maintenance requirements. The notice identifies HYDROTECH WATER SOLUTIONS LLC as the existing system installer and intended sole-source contractor under FAR 6.302-1. This is a notice of intent rather than a request for competitive proposals or quotations. Interested parties may submit capability information at no cost to help the Government determine whether competition is appropriate.
