Description
The contractor shall relocate one Giant Voice Remote Terminal Unit from the penthouse area to spare office space on the third floor of Building 1108 at Hanscom Air Force Base. The work includes a site survey, determining power, grounding, structural, network, and radio-frequency cabling requirements, controlled shutdown, physical transport, reinstallation, programming, alignment, optimization, and post-installation testing to restore full operational capability. The contractor must provide the specialized labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision required for the work and follow original equipment manufacturer recommendations. Required deliverables include a master project schedule, pre-installation site survey report, cutover/migration plan, post-installation test report, as-built documentation, and final walkthrough and system acceptance. The procurement is a firm-fixed-price, lowest-price-technically-acceptable requirement and is a total small-business set-aside. Attendance at the mandatory site visit is required for a quote to be technically acceptable.
