The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a lessor for approximately 2,500 usable square feet of retail space within a one-mile radius of Park Place Center at 159 N. Hermitage Road, Hermitage, Pennsylvania. The premises must provide a secondary egress and adequate parking for approximately seven government vehicles during the day and overnight, and the resulting agreement must use the Government Lease form. Responses must include a proposed rental amount inclusive of common-area maintenance, taxes, and insurance. The draft lease provides for a five-year lease term, subject to the final lease terms and acceptance of the premises. The lessor would be responsible for applicable building compliance, maintenance, utilities and services specified in the lease, security and construction requirements, and related property obligations.
