Description
Trumbull County is soliciting sealed bids for construction of the Stillwagon Road Water Improvements project, identified as Trumbull County Project No. 1-W-19. Bids must comply with the project specifications and be submitted on the required forms. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for September 17, 2026, at the Trumbull County Sanitary Engineer's Office. The bid package is available from the Trumbull County Sanitary Engineer's Office for a non-refundable fee of $100. A 100% bid bond is required.
