The U.S. Air Force Reserve is soliciting a single small-business contractor for design-phase architecture and engineering services for the repair of the club kitchen and dining room at Youngstown Air Reserve Station. The scope includes technical engineering specifications, structural drawings, and floor layouts developed through 35%, 65%, and 100% design completion milestones. The procurement will use a firm-fixed-price contract with a 120-calendar-day performance period beginning upon receipt of the notice to proceed.
