Description
The Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction is requesting one detailed quote covering design services, all modular workstation components, and installation of four Herman Miller AO2 workstations or approved equals. The quote must separately price design, product, and installation services, identify labor hours and hourly costs, and list each product with its description, product number, list price, discount percentage, and purchase price. Required deliverables include a PDF installation plan, a detailed parts list with finish information, CAD and PDF as-built plans, and an electrical wiring diagram cut sheet. The vendor must attend project and punch-list meetings, maintain a clean and safe work area, remove packing materials, and complete the work within three weeks of award during normal business hours. Participation in the October 6, 2026, site visit is mandatory for bid submission.
