Description
The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, supervision, quality control, and incidentals necessary to construct approximately 1,400 linear feet of underground medium-voltage electrical service terminating at a new pad-mounted transformer. Work includes utility coordination, route surveying, underground utility locating, trenching, installation of two PVC conduits and a concrete-encased duct bank, backfill and compaction, warning tape, cable pulling, grounding, transformer foundation construction, transformer delivery and installation, terminations, surface restoration, and stamped electrical and civil drawings. The contractor must perform insulation-resistance, VLF hi-pot, grounding-resistance, transformer-oil, and commissioning tests; coordinate utility outages and energization; and provide testing results, drawings, training certificates, and closeout documentation. The requirement is a firm-fixed-price purchase order with performance beginning 10 calendar days after order receipt and completion before December 1, 2026. The technical quotation must address the construction approach, safety, quality control, schedule, key personnel qualifications, relevant electrical-construction experience, licenses and qualifications, past performance, price, and required representations and certifications.
