Description
The Ohio Army National Guard is soliciting a firm-fixed-price quotation for construction of approximately 3,850 linear feet of FE-6 security fencing and two 20-foot manual security gates at Load Line 6, Camp James A. Garfield. The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, quality control, excavation, concrete footings, fencing, gates, cleanup, and restoration. The fence must be at least eight feet high, include seven feet of 9-gauge galvanized two-inch-mesh chain-link fabric, outward-facing barbed-wire outriggers, specified Schedule 40 posts, and concrete footings meeting the stated dimensions. The quotation must include pricing, a technical quotation, recent and relevant fencing or comparable construction experience, a project schedule demonstrating completion before December 1, 2026, past-performance information, applicable licenses or qualifications, FAR 52.212-3 representations and certifications or confirmation that annual representations are current, and acknowledgment of amendments. The contractor must perform on site during normal weekday hours, may not telework, and must comply with installation access, security, safety, training, and quality-control requirements. The period of performance is six months after contract award.
