Description
Mercer County is soliciting bids for the reconstruction of Bridges 0702 and 2111. The solicitation includes construction plans, erosion and sediment control plans, maintenance and protection of traffic plans, structural plans, existing structure plans, foundation recommendations, quantity tabulations, wage rates, and related proposal documents. The contractor must begin work after issuance of the Notice to Proceed and complete the work by May 31, 2028. Bids must be submitted electronically through the PennBid portal, and the portal requires a bid bond, bidder prequalification and work-capacity certification, certification signature page, required documents, bidder acknowledgements, and completed pricing information. A subcontractor list and joint-venture statement are required only if applicable.
